|What are some of the highlights and features to know about this major?||The number of units required for Stat major is 54 units and 9 units are electives to be taken with advisor consultation. The opportunities for Statistics majors are numerous and finding a job in their field immediately after graduation is common.|

For MATH 301: Grade of C or higher from MATH 226.
For MATH 325: Grade of C or higher from MATH 227.
For MATH 338: Grade of C or higher from MATH 124 (or equivalent) and one of the following: CSC 210/309, MATH 309.
For MATH 440: Grade of C or higher from MATH 228, which may also be taken concurrently.
