Learning Assistance Center (Daytime Tutoring)

The LAC, a faculty-run tutoring center, offers tutoring in reading, writing, math, sciences and study skills.  Our tutors can help you develop your academic skills, discover patterns and see connections between concepts, figure out what you know and what you still need to learn. Register and then call or stop by to book an appointment.

Campus Academic Resource Program (Afternoon/Evening Tutoring)

Individual and small group tutoring services. CARP offers support via its Math, Science and Business Unit and Writing, Reading and Study Skills Unit. These units offer one-on-one or group tutorial sessions, tailored to students’ unique needs and learning styles. CARP also offers supplemental academic support via a variety of workshops, helpful handouts and fellowship programs. Additionally, CARP works closely with faculty to support GWAR courses and courses with high failure rates.
